Do I remain the owner of the property/area?
Yes. You remain the owner. We lease your rooftop or 12–20 m² of free space and regulate operation, maintenance and decommissioning in a clear contract.
What happens if I sell the property?
Lease agreements are usually transferable. The buyer steps into the existing contract – often, predictable additional income can even increase the asset value.
Can PV modules damage my roof?
Systems are installed by professionals, including proper sealing and documentation. Liability and insurance are regulated in the contract and by the operator.
What happens at the end of the term?
Decommissioning or extension – both options are foreseen. Decommissioning is usually at the operator’s cost and is regulated in the contract.
Do buildings with asbestos roofs qualify?
Often yes – then as part of a refurbishment concept. Where refurbishment is required, it can sometimes be solved up-front within the project, without additional capex from you.
Can we use the electricity ourselves? And what about 20 m² storage?
On rooftops, self-consumption models are possible (depending on configuration). No suitable roof? For storage containers, a flat area of 12–20 m² is often sufficient – with no operational effort for you.
How much does it really cost me?
For owners there are no upfront acquisition costs. We and the operator cover planning, grid connection, permitting, operation and decommissioning within the project structure.
How high is the potential income?
As an orientation: for 20 m² storage setups, typical ranges are up to around €1,500 per year. For rooftops we can offer either a one-off payment at commissioning or annual lease payments – always defined clearly in the contract.
